ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where:

Items are out of stock
There is a pricing error
We suspect fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

PRODUCTS

Many of our items are handmade or made to order. As such:

Minor variations in colour, finish, or texture may occur
Product images are for illustration purposes
Visible layer lines may be present on 3D printed items

These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods offered at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Dispatch and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Your rights to cancel and return goods are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at thejollygifts@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain fully protected.

All content on this website, including images, product designs, branding, and text, is the property of The Jolly Gifts or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
