We carefully make and prepare every order before it is dispatched, and we aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Most orders are made to order and are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.

During busy periods, such as Halloween and Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated as soon as possible.

UK Delivery

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted postal and courier services.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 working days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

International Delivery

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Delivery times vary by country and are typically between 7–21 working days after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country.

Tracking

Where a tracked shipping service is selected, tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, postal disruptions or peak seasonal demand. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional postage before they can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the delivery provider to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
